Driver - Port Representative

Responsible for transporting goods, shipments and orders of clients in a safe and timely manner. Ensures that delivery of goods from House of Donship are properly handover to clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the safe transportation of goods to vessels/clients around Manila and all major ports in the Philippines.
• Delivery in stores/provision/transshipment items in a safe, timely and courteous manner to end clients.
• Consolidate all delivery items in a proper and orderly manner by means of correct packaging (properly labeled).
• Follow the HACCP protocols mandated DONSHIP audit partners.
• Provides update via REDOR, vessel dispatch reports and delivery photos via Facebook official GC.
• Ensuring that all necessary documents for entry (pass/permits/IDs/weather conditions) are secured as well as invoices, delivery receipts and important documents prior to delivery.
• Responsible for providing support to MOLLSA Operations.
• Coordinate clients and DONSHIP teams for any concerns related to shipments operations.
• Provides feedback of clients to DONSHIP teams for the improvement of operations.
• Perform other duties that may assign by superior.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferably college graduate of any degree or 2 years associate degree, or at least college level.
• Preferably with driving skills and Professional license restriction code 1,2.
• Familiar with the nationwide geographical locations (NCR, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao)
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good in oral and written communication.
