Job Description

An IT Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting an organization's technology systems, including software, hardware, and network infrastructure. They troubleshoot technical issues, install and configure software and hardware, and ensure the security and efficiency of IT systems. IT specialists may also assist with data management, implement updates and upgrades, and provide technical support to staff.
