Job Description

Responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually
becoming a manager.

Supervisor primary responsibility is to participate in operational training experiences, learn new skills, and to
demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities.

A supervisory and technical skill that are
in alignment with the company’s philosophies and operational strategies. In this position, the apprentice is under at least
one experienced operations manager and well-rounded operational skills that aligns the company’s operational
requirements.
