Company Nurse

Provides medical care and support to employees at their workplace. They ensure employee health and safety by performing health assessments, administering medication, and developing treatment plans. They also work with the company's Human Resources department to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Responsibilities
Provide medical care: Assess and treat injuries, administer medication, and provide first aid
Coordinate care: Work with healthcare facilities to coordinate care for employees
Develop treatment plans: Create individualized treatment plans for employees
Provide health education: Educate employees on health and safety topics
Manage medical records: Maintain employee medical records and ensure confidentiality
Coordinate screenings: Coordinate employee medical testing and screenings
Provide vaccinations: Provide vaccinations to employees
Refer to specialists: Refer employees to specialists when appropriate
Arrange transportation: Arrange transportation for employees to medical facilities
