Quality Management Officer

Ensures that a company's products meet quality standards. They develop and implement quality control processes, and they inspect products at various stages of production.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control processes: Create quality control tests and procedures to ensure products meet customer expectations
Inspect products: Check products at various stages of production to ensure they meet quality standards
Analyze data: Collect, analyze, and summarize data to prepare reports
Train staff: Train production line staff on production practices and quality assessment
Eliminate non-compliant products: Identify products that don't meet standards and find out why
Collaborate with other departments: Work with other departments to ensure quality standards are met
Skills and qualifications
Leadership: Be able to resolve operational issues and make timely decisions
Communication: Be able to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Data analysis: Be able to analyze data and use statistical methods
Problem solving: Be able to identify and solve problems
Knowledge of quality standards: Understand quality assurance methodologies and relevant regulatory standards
Technical skills: Have good technical and IT skills
Proficiency in MS Office: Be able to use MS Office and databases
