Job Description:

With 1-2 years supervisory experience in Sales capacity in Hardware, or Retail Services.
Leads in the daily store operations; constant monitoring, reordering & stock transfers; assumes the responsibility of the Store Head and does related duties as may be assigned including Treasury and CSS Functions .
Responsible for attainment of sales target for Outright
Reviews and analyzes Key Performance Indicators for sales for Outright
Ensures merchandise availability by constant monitoring, reordering & stock transfers
Always ensures excellent store condition
Maintains excellent customer service
Maintains excellent store merchandise displays, compliant to standards & approved store layout
Maintains store cleanliness & ensures store selling assets are in working condition
Ensures compliance on Sales Promotion/BTL standards/protocol
Ensures compliance on Gondola Allowance .
