QUALIFICATION:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
-With at least 2 years work experience in software development related field.
-Knowledge in RFID Technology and Asset Management is a plus
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Can work with minimal or without supervision; exhibits a sense of urgency when necessary
-Keen on details, highly analytical, resourceful, proactive
-Willing to extend working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels
-Developing and implementing standards for QA & Testing
-Developing and enforcing workflow for product QA & UAT
-Developing and monitoring QA process
-Communicating with other team members to ensure quality testing
-Following up with the appropriate channels when quality issues are found
-Training other quality insurance members in all aspects of the quality assurance process
-Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
-Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
-Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
-Work with the Development team to develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills

Working with People – Assist clients and project managers by clear communication on project status and sharing project schedules.

SQL server experience to access production and development space
Fluent with Company’s Cyber Security plan.
Familiar with project software such as MS Project
Promotes company policy to employees.
Provides advice and support to Management Team in area of expertise.
Ability to work well with owners, management team, employees and departments.
Coordinate project schedules with programmers and support staff.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative.
Generate weekly, quarterly and annual maintenance and development schedules.
Send out regular software updates to clients.
Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from clients.
Ability to express advanced knowledge of the language and terminologies of electronic health data management.
Ability to organize data for detailed, comprehensive, and comprehendible reports.
Ability to effectively present information to any audience.
