Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to define requirements and design tailored Oracle Cloud solutions.
Lead technical aspects of Oracle Cloud implementations, including configuration and customization.
Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Provide mentorship while fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Qualifications:
4-7+ years in IT/Technology, with 1-3+ years in project management.
Expertise in Application Development, Technology Architecture, or Database Administration.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, SQL, JavaScript, Node.JS, Python, and more.
Experience with Oracle application implementation lifecycles.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Open to short- and long-term travel assignments.
Nice-to-Have
Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT or related field.
SaaS product or HR project implementation experience.
Oracle Cloud or PPSM certifications (advantageous but not required).
