Key Responsibilities
Functional Role:
Collaborate with clients to define HR requirements and implement Oracle HCM solutions.
Lead functional aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (Recruitment, Payroll, Core HR, Talent Management).
Perform business analysis, configuration, testing, and training activities.
Technical Role:
Manage Oracle HCM functionalities like HCM Data Loader, Extracts, OTBI, and integrations.
Handle data conversion, ETL processes, and Oracle Cloud reporting tools.
Drive technical aspects of Oracle HCM implementation lifecycles.
Qualifications
Functional Expertise:
4-7+ years in HR, with 1-3+ years in project management.
Proficiency in Oracle Core HR, HCM Cloud modules, and SaaS HCM products.
Hands-on experience in HR system configuration and analysis.
Technical Expertise:
2-7+ years in IT/Operations with Oracle HCM technical knowledge.
Client-facing experience in various industries.
General:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, HR, or a related field.
Open to short- and long-term travel assignments.
Oracle Cloud or PPSM certifications are a plus but not required.
