Web Developer

VIPTutors is scaling! We are looking for a talented UIUX Designer & Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. This role combines creative design expertise with technical frontend development skills, focusing on crafting intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences. The role involves 50% doing web and mobile app designs and 50% frontend dev coding.

Key Responsibilities:
-Create detailed sophisticated designs for web app, mobile site and mobile applications ; including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
-Implement designs on Laravel framework
-Utilize and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across our products
-Test and evaluate designs to determine their effectiveness for specific target users

Requirements:
-3-5 years experience as Web and Mobile App Designer, or related role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful designs
-2 years coding experience (Front end development)
-2 years experience with Laravel
-Ability to simplify and turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiences
-Clear and confident communicator with an affinity for visual storytelling
-Ability to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant design solutions
-Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
-Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, or a related field is preferred

Terms & Conditions:
-Payment: starting offer up to 50K PHP nett per month depending on experience and qualifications
-Rewards after 3 months : paid offline days
-Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM-6 PM, and Saturdays, 10 AM-3 PM (Manila Time)
-Contract: One (1) year renewable overseas contract as an independent contractor
