Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team of experts in the commercial real estate brokerage sector. As an entry-level professional, you will support research, analysis, and reporting functions related to commercial real estate market trends. This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain exposure to the commercial real estate industry and build a career in real estate advisory.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Conduct research on office, retail, and industrial properties to support brokerage teams in identifying potential investment opportunities and market trends.
2. Data Analysis: Analyze market data (e.g., vacancy rates, absorption trends, rental rates, etc.) to provide insights that inform brokerage strategies and leasing decisions.
3. Property Listings: Maintain and update property listings in the database, ensuring they are current and accurate to support client needs and sales efforts.
4. Client Support: Assist in gathering property information, creating reports, and presenting findings to clients or brokerage teams to guide decision-making.
5. Lead Generation: Support brokers by identifying and qualifying potential clients and prospects through market research and outreach activities.
6. Market Reports: Assist in preparing detailed market reports and presentations that summarize key findings on the local and regional real estate markets.
7. Site Coordination: Help schedule and coordinate property showings and site inspections for brokers and their clients.
8. Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations for the brokerage team, including preparing and organizing documents and reports.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in any Business courses
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to assist in creating clear reports and presentations.
5. Team Player: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with brokerage teams, clients, and other departments.
6. Interest in Real Estate: Enthusiasm for pursuing a career in commercial real estate and eagerness to learn from experienced professionals.
7. Ability to confidently speak with clients, actively listen, and express ideas clearly
