Accounting Staff

An Accounting staff manages financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations such as:

Financial transactions: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
Reconciling accounts: Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Preparing reports: Prepare financial reports and records
Compliance: Ensure the company complies with financial regulations
Advising: Provide advice on ways to improve an organization's finances
Auditing: Prepare documents for audits
Bank settlements: Perform monthly bank settlements
Billing: Conduct billing processes for revenue
Invoicing: Generate and deliver invoices on schedule

Accounting staff use accounting software and databases to record and track financial transactions, analyze data, and report on the organization's financial performance. They also provide accurate financial information to help senior accountants and management make informed business decisions.

Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- 20-35 years old
- Must be a graduate of ANY Four (4) year course
- FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply
- with prior knowledge in basic computer operations (Word, Excel etc)
- must have strong communication skills (oral and written)
- strong attention to details and can multi task.
- willing to be trained and fast learner
- willing to be assigned at Quezon City
