Job Description

The Customer Experience Associate (Reliever) is responsible for managing communication through courteous handling of incoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate departments, and ensuring important messages are conveyed accurately. It includes welcoming visitors and addressing their needs, managing mail distribution, and performing clerical tasks like encoding and document filing. The position requires maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workplace and visitor areas, providing excellent customer service, and performing additional tasks as assigned by superiors or clients, ensuring overall workplace efficiency and professionalism.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
