Job Description

Position Accounting Staff
Working location Parañaque
Onsite, Fulltime and direct hire
Salary start at 20k

1. Financial Transactions:
• Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, liquidations, and other receipts-related works.
2. Financial Reporting:
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintaining financial reports, and records, and updating general ledger accounts.
• Responsible for all files being kept in a systematic way for easy access and reference by the Management.
• Responding to information requests and assisting with audits.
3. Reconciliation:
• Assist in reconciling discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
4. Payroll Support:
• Assist in processing payroll (monthly, bi-monthly, and weekly for office and site), and ensuring accurate salary payments.
• Maintain payroll records and handle payroll-related inquiries.
5. Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and Report on budget variances.
6. Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to higher directors.
• Develop & maintain a filing system for the relevant documents.
• Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
• Responsible for the preparation of client’s accreditation requirements and
documentation.
• Run errands such as bill payments and related bank transactions as needed.
• Assist with other tasks that Management may assign as needed.

Skills/attributes required:
• PC literacy and experience with MS Office Suite including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, and Accounting Software
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills
• Good problem-solving and management skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Qualifications/experience required:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• At least 1 year of experience in general accounting
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payables/receivable principles.
