Position: Procurement Supervisor for Pasay Office and salary is 40k Urgent

Job Specifications:
> Graduate of Bachelor in Engineering (Civil, Structural or any related field).
> With at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in the same field.
> Preferably with In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, negotiation terms and structural design, equipment maintenance and management.
> Outstanding wide network of business facets set up, negotiation skills, interpersonal, organizational and problem solver with a strong analytical mindset.
> Above average oral and written communication skills.
> With good work ethics, responsible, with good sense of urgency, and highly adaptable.

Job Description:
> Develop, implement, and manage procurement policies and procedures .
> Monitor and report on procurement performance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
> Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices, terms, and services.
> Source, identify, and evaluate potential new suppliers and vendors
> Prepares and issues purchase orders to vendors, expedites orders when necessary
> Develop and maintain supplier scorecards, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.
> Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and cost objectives are met.
> Manage and coordinate the procurement process, including ordering, receiving, and invoicing.
> Analyze market and delivery systems to develop and recommend strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
> Create and implement regional procurement strategies that are innovative, cost-effective, and incorporate the growing complexities and challenges within the industry
> Lead transformational activities to build procurement organizational capabilities and improve procurement efficiency
> Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports.
> Establishes working relationships with vendors through personal meetings and telephone contact; discusses and resolves problems regarding delayed delivery dates; returns damaged or incorrect items to vendors and processes necessary documents for credit;
> Conduct evaluation for vendors in accordance to KPI of all the project (existing and new).
> Perform any other duties that may be assigned.
