About the Job:
Be part of our client team as a System Implementation Consultant, where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of international customers and projects. You'll be involved in requirements gathering, system configuration, unit testing, and issues resolution for our client Strato Solution. You'll also be responsible for supporting migration and cutover activities, analyzing and addressing issues found during user acceptance testing and documenting solutions and reporting on the status of deliverables. Scope & Responsibilities:
- Work with international clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Gather and document client requirements through interviews and workshops.
- Configure the Strato Solution according to client needs and conduct testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and user testing.
- Provide ongoing support, documentation, and training post-implementation.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years total work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in system implementation projects.
- Solid experience with any cloud-based or web-based solution testing, or end-user experience.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central knowledge and configuration experience.
- Passion for system issues investigation, debugging, and finding solutions.
- Knowledge and experience with API and system integration.
- Strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SuccessFactors implementation or strong end-user experience is a definite plus.
- Notable experience in any HCM system and processes is preferred.
- Experience in using JIRA is also a plus.
- Salary:
- ₱100,000.00 Monthly
