Job Description

Job Specifications:
-Must be graduate of BS Accountancy
-Knowledgeable in Contract Logistics Business Forwarding, Warehouse, Brokerage & Trucking
-At least 2 years of work experience in the field of Logistics
-Knowledge in Tax and Statutory Reporting
-Good communication skills with wide network capacity, aggressive and smart
-Proactive and good at problem-solving, has initiative and positive outlook

Job Description:
-Oversee daily Transactions
-Review Billing data and on time submission to customers
-Review disbursement date
-Prepare Bank Reconciliation
-Bank Verifications
-Monitor advances by employees
-Serve as a back up in case of staff absences

-Monthly Recording and Monthly End Closing
-Support the closing review of PNL and BS items
-Month end internal reports
-Statutory filing (taxes, Government Remittances etc.)

Salary Range: Maximum PHP40,000
