Job Description

- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of mission-critical systems and services.
- Design, implement, and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident management systems to detect and resolve issues quickly.
- Develop and improve automation tools to streamline infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with development teams to design systems that are reliable, scalable, and easy to troubleshoot.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production incidents and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Certification in cloud platforms or DevOps methodologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google - Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible).
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.

Additional Notes:
- This position will be working with software solutions for the banking industry.
