Job Description
To scope and develop directly serviced bakery, food service, and related industry customers in Metro Manila and other assigned territories aimed at increasing and improving customer and area penetration of Grand Nourriture International Inc. (GNI) products.
To establish functional and operational relationships with other GNI departments towards achieving the said business objectives.
To achieve assigned sales and census targets for the specified channels and territory.
Key Accountabilities:
Increase the customer count of the specified area in Metro Manila
Develop and manage the company’s relationship with the key decision makers of the assigned customers and potential clients
Constant monitoring of the client’s purchase patterns to further improve customer purchase basket, share of market with customer purchases, and competitor pricing behavior.
Ensure customer satisfaction in delivering company commitments at servicing the client’s needs and requirements
Identify business opportunities in the assigned trade channel
Submits on time, complete sales reports and updates all accounts receivables
Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time as related to the position.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
Proven experience as Territory Specialist or similar role in food industry or related field is an advantage
Preferably exposure in food industry, i.e. dairy, non-dairy products, baking ingredients.
With at least 3 to 5 years’ experience for Sales in NCR for Territory Sales Representative
With exposure in selling in accounts such as hotel, restaurant, food and related industry.
Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.
With demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing accounts
Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
