Qualifications:
- High school or Senior High School graduate
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work onsite
- Ability to start work as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Assist customers with technical issues related to video technology
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Handling calls: Answering and managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
-Customer service: Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
-Providing information: Offering product and service information, and processing orders
-Updating customer accounts: Ensuring customer accounts are accurate and up to date
-Meeting KPIs: Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, average call handling time, and customer satisfaction scores
-Escalating issues: Knowing when and how to escalate complex issues to other departments or team members
