Job Description

Qualifications
-Licensed Civil Engineer
-Has at least 5 years of experience in cost engineering, estimation, or quantity surveying.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Strong knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects based on technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
-Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
-Monitor project expenditures and identify potential cost overruns.
-Maintain a cost database for benchmarking and reference
-Review and analyze tender documents and bid submissions.
-Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
-Provide cost data for bid proposals and assist in pricing strategies.
