Job Description

The Project Security Coordinator will provide hands on day-to-day supervision of security guard services for specific clients. As agency representative, the security coordinator is primarily responsible in ensuring effective and timely delivery of guarding services to the assigned client and that all security requirements of the client are met. He/she will be working closely with the client representative and will report directly to the agency’s top management.

Required Training & Experience

• At least 3 years’ experience supervising or managing a large security guard force
• Solid background and knowledge in security operations, standards, and regulations, as well as crisis management and business continuity
• Experience in conducting security audits, risk assessments, and investigations
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, communication tools, and other relevant software applications
• Professional certification such as CSP, CPP, or PSP, is highly desirable

Required Skills & Capabilities

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change within the organization
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate safety and security information across the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of and experience in risk assessment, security audit, security systems, corporate security policies, crisis management, business continuity;
• High level of personal integrity and professionalism;
