Information Technology (IT) Jr. Specialist

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science/
Computer Engineering
With minimum of 10 years of working related experience in administering server-side technology and
networked computing systems.
 In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of networking systems such as LAN, firewalls,
routers, and printers.
 Appropriate experience in systems and operations, networks, and application security domains with
Cisco hardware
 Certification trainings like: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CASP+, CCNP, CCNA, and other Cisco
LAN certifications.
 Experience with any of the following tools: Vulnerability Assessment, Firewall, Intrusion Prevention
System, Endpoint Security and Protection.
 Proficient in Cloud technology platforms: Microsoft 365, Azure, Crowdstrike, NetScope, etc.
 With ability to analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues, and provide solutions to ensure
networks are operating efficiently.
With ability to design, implement and troubleshoot Wi-Fi and security infrastructure.
 With ability to manage several projects simultaneously from planning, design to implementation.
 Can communicate technical information to other technical team members and colleague in other
departments.
 With detailed knowledge of Windows and LINUX operating systems, storage environments, file
systems, and network protocols.
 With ability to prioritize activities and deliver projects on time and within budget.
 Can be able to understand backup procedures and storage management.
 With excellent troubleshooting skills.
 With excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
