Job Description
Location: Makati City, Philippines
Salary Range:
- Php 30,000 - Php 35,000 (3-5 years work experience)
- Php 40,000 and above (5+ years work experience)
Job Description:
- Record all financial transactions using QuickBooks and manual entries in books of accounts.
- Prepare BIR requirements, including VAT returns, withholding tax returns, corporate income tax returns, and other BIR forms and requirements.
- Prepare and review payroll for assigned companies.
- Preparation of government agencies (SSS, PHIC & Pagibig) reports and payments.
- Prepare financial statements (Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Income, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Statement of Cash Flows) for assigned companies.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Auditing, or equivalent.
- Accountancy graduate; CPA is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of working experience in accounting/auditing.
- 1-4 years of experience in Finance - General/Cost Accounting preferred.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation.
- Required languages: English, Filipino.
- Must be willing to work in Makati City.
- Can start immediately (ASAP).
- Full-time position available.
- Female applicants preferred, aged 23-35 years old.
