Job Description
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new clients in various industries who can benefit from the company's headhunting
services.
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at potential client organizations,
understanding their hiring needs and presenting tailored recruitment solutions.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth objectives and revenue targets.
• Proposal & Contract Management: Collaborate with the team to create proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contracts.
• Market Research: Continuously gather information on industry trends, emerging sectors, and potential market segments for new business
opportunities.
• Client Retention & Upselling: Work closely with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and explore opportunities for
upselling additional services.
• Collaboration with Recruitment Teams: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that client needs are fully understood and that
the hiring process is smooth, efficient, and successful.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on business development activities, track key performance metrics, and adjust strategies as
necessary to meet sales goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the recruitment or headhunting
industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
• Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and client needs.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for driving results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry and understanding of talent acquisition processes is a plus.
