Sales/Appointment Setter

Your Responsibilities as Sales/Appointment Setter would be:

• Familiarizing the essential details of products and services.
• Respond to inbound calls and conduct outbound calls.
• Call prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided.
• Field basic questions and concerns about the offered products and services.
• Schedule consultations between the prospective client and sales team as required.
• Keep a detailed log of calls for records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and appointment scheduling.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team such as making reports, system updates, document organization, rearranging schedules, etc.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to better understand the target market.
