Outlet Coordinator - Cashier/Quezon City

Job Purpose:

Factory Outlet Coordinator/ FO Cashier s responsible to assist customers, answer queries about Foodcrafters’ products, collect payments and give quality service to our consumers.

Key accountabilities:

1. Responsible for daily operations of the store.
2. Responsible for selling products and giving quality service to consumers.
3. Oversee transactions with customers using cash registers.
4. In charge in issuing receipts, refunds, etc.
5. Ensure that money in cash drawers is correct from the beginning until the end of shifts
6. Address customer's complaints in a good way and raise it to Outlet Manager to take some action.
7. Must emphasize full customer satisfaction for queries or concerns about the product and prices.
8. Maintains cleanliness of the store.
9. Commitment and compliance with the food safety and quality policy of Foodcrafters Inc
10. Performs assigned duties and responsibilities with high regard for occupational safety and shall fully adhere to policies on occupational health and safety while inside premises.
11. Reports food safety and quality issues and any potential or actual emergency to immediate superior or authorized/designated person
12. Authorize to drive a 4-wheel car and service a motorcycle only.
13. Will function as a reliever/roving cashier to other outlets.
14. Perform other tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior.
