Professional Hospital Representative (PHR)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Promote pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or healthcare solutions to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff in Iloilo.
Provide comprehensive product knowledge, including benefits, applications, and proper usage.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital administrators in Iloilo’s healthcare institutions.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for product inquiries and medical updates.
Achieve or exceed sales targets within assigned Iloilo hospitals and medical facilities.
Strategically plan and execute sales calls and hospital visits to maximize coverage.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product usage.
Ensure all activities comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or related fields.
Additional certification in sales, marketing, or medical training is a plus.
Preferably 2 years or more of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare industries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to Iloilo’s healthcare market.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Understanding of hospital procurement processes and medical terminologies.

Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel within Iloilo and nearby areas.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Work Environment:
Primarily field-based, with regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions in Iloilo.
