Job Description

A service administrator manages service department work orders and ensures client satisfaction. They work closely with the service manager, and may also perform customer service duties.

Responsibilities
Service requests: Receive, log, and prioritize service requests from clients.
Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, and provide updates on the status of their requests.
Billing: Prepare bills for work completed, and maintain billing records and invoices.
Reporting: Generate reports and documentation for analysis and compliance.
Process improvement: Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.
Customer relations: Assist customers, coordinate appointments, and resolve issues.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of service transactions and financial data.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the service team to streamline administrative processes.
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
