Job Description

Work Set-up: Work From Home | Shifting Schedule

We are looking for a Workflow Coordinator to manage and monitor client mailboxes, ensuring job requests are completed on time. As a key player in the team, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, assigning jobs to design associates, monitoring project progress, and supporting administrative functions to maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Management: Monitor client mailboxes, review job requests, and ensure tasks are assigned on time.
Client Communication: Coordinate with clients to confirm requests and provide updates on progress.
Project Management: Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Admin Support: Maintain accurate records, manage time-tracking tools, and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 4 years of work experience, with 2+ years in project management.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must).
- Flexible with a shifting schedule.
