About Us:
Boost Odoo is a dynamic and growing company specializing in ERP implementations, customization, and integrations. We work with businesses across various industries to optimize their processes using ERP solutions. We are looking for a skilled ERP Developer to join our team and contribute to exciting projects.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop integrated ERP applications using proper conventions and design standards.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve errors related to ERP applications.
• Develop solutions for our clients across various industries and company sizes.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP applications.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business teams to ensure seamless implementations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with the external development community and contribute to open-source projects when possible.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ERP system development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with ERP module development, customization, and migration.
• Understanding of business processes (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Object-oriented programming, object modeling, and relational database experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English (French or Dutch is a plus).
• Experience with GitHub, Linux, and API integrations is a plus.

Nice to Have:
• Contribution to Open Source Projects.
• Interest in enterprise application development.
• Techno-functional expertise in ERP solutions.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (Bl) and Al in ERP.
