Job Description: Area Manager (Sales and Collection)
Position Title: Area Manager (Sales and Collection)
Department: OPD
Reports To: Regional Manager
Locations: 1. National Capital Region
2. Zambales-Pangasinan
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Identify opportunities for market expansion and increase in revenue through new business or upselling.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective execution of sales plans.
2. Collection Management
Oversee the timely collection of payments from customers to ensure compliance with company policies.
Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Resolve escalated issues related to overdue accounts in collaboration with the Collection Department.
Develop strategies to minimize payment delays and reduce bad debts.
3. Team Leadership
Supervise and support sales and collection teams within the assigned area.
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate targets, review performance, and address challenges.
Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and disputes professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
5. Reporting and Analysis
Prepare and submit sales and collection performance reports to the Regional Sales Manager/Division Head.
Analyze sales and collection data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall performance.
