Job Description

Job title: Lead Assistant Manager - Quality
Work location: Onsite in Cebu
Work set up and schedule: GY
Salary:55k to 65k
Start date: ASAP

Qualifications :

•4-5 years in a QA AM/ TL role or currently in a Sr. TL level role
•Knowledge of Quality tools and analysis
•Experience in Insurance domain (preferred)
•Must have an understanding on NPS calculation/ CSAT
•Knowledge of Quality framework deployment in new transitions
•6-8 years experience in BPO
