Customer Support Representative Technologically Proficient

Job Description:
We are seeking a tech-savvy Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service and assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to improving the customer experience. Knowledge of Thai or Chinese is a significant advantage, and familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through emails, forms, phone, and chat.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to customer accounts or website interactions.
Providing detailed and accurate information about the company’s products, services, and platform functionalities.
Collaborating with the marketing team to relay customer insights and contribute to better communication strategies.
Identifying common issues and offering suggestions to improve processes or user experience.

Requirements:
Required: Strong command of English (written and spoken) – fluency is mandatory.
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a significant advantage.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts and the ability to effectively communicate customer feedback.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and software quickly.
Strong and assertive communication skills for handling phone conversations with customers effectively.

Preferred: Native Thai or Chinese speaker (advantageous but not mandatory).
Preferred: Experience working with WordPress or similar content management systems.
