Job Description
LOCATION and SETUP: Makati / Onsite
SCHEDULE: Shifting (earliest start is 6am, latest end is 11pm (No graveyard shift)
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must have completed 2 years in College or a 2 years vocational Course
*Must have 1 to 2 years Voice CS experience
*With excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be conversant
*Customer Service oriented
*BPO Customer Service experience is an advantage
*Must be willing to work on shifting schedule. No graveyard duty.
