Job Description
Professionally interact with customers and respond to specific requests by process rules.
Provide top-quality customer support while addressing the customer’s needs with empathy.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of BPO experience
Must have 6 months of Sales Experience for Non BPO
High School Graduate or SHS Graduate
Willing to work onsite
Good to excellent English communication skills
Computer literate with good web navigation skills
Available to start ASAP
