Service Advisor

Icon Equipment Solutions Philippines is looking for a Service Advisor for the Parañaque Area to manage and assist our client's needs.

Main Functions:

Maintain a positive relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
Ensure the best possible after sales service is being provided to customers.
Identify required services of customer, provide quotations and process orders.
Updates the internal and external customers on the status of the job in order to ensure completion within the committed date.
Assist with the management of employees and day-to-day operations
Key Requirements:

At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position (Heavy Equipment & Construction experience is a plus)
Candidate must preferably possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Strong data gathering and analytical skills including ability to analyze information from different sources and provide appropriate recommendations.
Computer literate, proficient in MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Additional knowledge in other program or application is an advantage
Willing to work in Parañaque City
