Job Description
- Conduct market research and develop growth strategies.
- Manage and support the account executives as their superior or direct manager.
- Set sales targets and help account executives achieve goals.
- Prepare and negotiate client proposals and contracts.
- Build partnerships to expand client networks.
- Collaborate with the marketing assistant to process sales orders and assist with sales activities.
- Regularly track and report on sales performance and client feedback.
- Visit clients and accompany account executives in the field as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Over 4 years of experience in business development or sales experience, preferably in pest control, agriculture, or chemical distribution.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Salary:
- 60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
