Job Description

-Responds to customer web queries regarding online merchandise or service orders
-Ensure sending of responses to all customer queries in all e-com marketplaces in a timely manner
-Completely resolve customer concerns and in most cases ensure that such concerns are resolved before ending the conversation
-Create a genuine connection with our customers, identify customer concerns and needs proactively
-Coordinate with the Fulfillment team/Marketplace Administrator to address issue (if any)
-Upsell product to customers via live chat. Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggest various product options that are available.
-Stay up to date on all relevant company and product updates and information.

QUALIFICATION:
-Bachelor's degree holder
-Very positive customer service attitude
-Good oral and written communication skills
-Good interpersonal skills
-Resourceful and organized
-With experience in relevant industry
-Able to start work on a short notice
