Overseeing renovation and store improvement of all operational/ existing stores
Overseeing dismantling or demolition works for closed stores
Prepares request for quotations with scopes of work and specifications based on layout and plans
Supervision of contractors' activity and performance to meet each deadline, minimizing disruption of store operation.
Proficient with AutoCAD
