Job Description
• Male, preferably with own motorcycle
• With pleasing personality, height is an advantage
• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor of Science course
• HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus
• Preferably with Marketing experience
• Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet)
• With good communication skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement new technologies and digital solutions to all providers.
• Provide training and support regarding the digital platforms to provider’s staff
• Resolve integration issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Generate reports and analytics to track the success of integration initiatives.
• Maintain and organize the company's database.
• Establish and maintain rapport with providers through regular visitations
• Manage provider suspensions.
• Track and monitor outstanding accounts receivable from providers
• Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of the company's healthcare members
through face-to-face visit.
• Facilitate accreditation of new providers including hospitals, medical clinics, dental
clinics and doctors
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate
superior.
