Job Description
2. Generates all C&C-related reports on regular basis, including but not limited to the
following:
Monthly Statement of Accounts
Ageing Reports
Delinquent accounts
Unbilled Accounts
3. Reminds customers on their respective due date and follows up on payment.
4. Provides advance copies of test reports.
5. Prepares and schedules the delivery of test reports and sales invoices.
6. Receives payment and/or issues an official receipt for walk-in customers.
7. Prepares and receives a daily summary of collection/DCRR CSA and collectors.
8. Sends customer survey and forwards results of survey to laboratory department.
9. Reports directly to the credit and collection supervisor.
10. Performs other tasks as necessary to support the cooperative’s objectives.
- Salary:
- ₱18,000.00 Monthly
