Facilities Supervisor for Healthcare Facilities/35k/Laguna

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Preferablybe a graduate of Industrial Management orEngineering Course. 2. Preferably with experience in Facility Management services such as property engineering, Security, Housekeeping and Pollution Control/Environmental safety or any similar work experience.
3. Basic knowledge ofadministrative specifically in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, housekeeping and repairs & maintenance.
4. Adept and knowledgeable on the department's day to day operations.
5. Must have excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
6. Must be competent, mentally, and physically fit to perform duties.
7. With good moral character and positive attitude.
8.
With excellent oral and written communications skills. (Proficient in MS Office) 9. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities (flexible and hardworking) 10. Familiar with Facility management and licensing
11. Knowledge in ISO or Quality Management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Supervisions Direct operations and ensures that efficiencies are met.
Assures that the required output/performance standards are being delivered. (Repairs & Maintenance, cleanliness, security or orderliness ofhospital facilities and vehicles).
Reviews and analyses day to day activities of the unit such as Property engineering, Housekeeping, Safety & Security, and waste & pollution control. Directs, implements, and monitors initiatives and strategies in the division. Monitor PES, Security, Safety & Pollution Control guidelines are being complied with.
Delegates and provides specific job assignment to his/her section heads and guide them in proper handling of people.
Represent the unitto meetings, not limited to management meetings but all other pertinent meetings.
Initiates activities to guide the staff in resolving issues arising from day-to-day transactions/activities in line with the existing policies and procedures.
