Job Description

Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of commercial kitchen equipment technicians, ensuring their performance meets company standards and customer expectations.
Service Scheduling and Dispatch:
Manage service calls, prioritize repairs, and efficiently schedule technician assignments to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and ensure accurate diagnoses and repairs.
Quality Control:
Monitor the quality of service provided by technicians, ensuring adherence to company procedures and customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock to meet service demands.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety regulations and best practices within the team, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Customer Relations:
Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare reports on team performance, service call records, and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial kitchen equipment technician, with a proven track record of success in troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of equipment.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience in motivating and developing a team.
Excellent technical knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, ranges, fryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and more.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technicians, clients, and management
