* Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any relevant field
* Proven experience as Administrative or other HR positions
* Knowledge of HR functions in Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Training & Development etc.
* Understanding in Labor Laws and Disciplinary Procedures
* Proficient in MS & office applications
* Strong Ethics & Reliability
