Job Description

Job Title: Master Coach - Emotional Intelligence
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Regional Master Coach
Salary: PHP 150,000 per month

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Coach with a specialization in Emotional Intelligence (EI). In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in EI principles to foster emotional awareness, resilience, and effective interpersonal relationships across the organization. You will be responsible for coaching employees and leadership teams, facilitating workshops, and driving organizational initiatives that promote a positive and emotionally intelligent workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Coaching and Mentoring:

Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions, focusing on the development of employees’ emotional intelligence.
Provide coaching support to managers to enhance their leadership capabilities through EI.
Workshops and Training:

Design and facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions on topics such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, motivation, and social skills.
Performance Improvement:

Utilize EI assessments and tools to identify developmental areas and measure progress in emotional intelligence competencies.
Leadership Development:

Collaborate with leadership teams to integrate EI principles into leadership development programs.
Guide leaders in applying EI techniques to improve team dynamics and decision-making.
Conflict Resolution:

Assist in resolving workplace conflicts by applying EI strategies to promote understanding and collaboration.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with HR and management to drive awareness and embed EI practices within the organization’s culture.
Program Implementation:

Develop and execute comprehensive emotional intelligence training programs tailored for various organizational levels.
Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with advancements in EI research and trends to ensure coaching methodologies remain relevant and impactful.
Qualifications
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching and developing emotional intelligence culture in a corporate environment.
Proven track record of enhancing emotional intelligence within teams or functions.
Skills:

Strong interpersonal, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to connect with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge:

Deep understanding of emotional intelligence and coaching principles.
Familiarity with EI assessment tools and methodologies.

Resilience: Ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and composure.
