Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:

Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Respond promptly to service tickets, diagnose problems, and implement solutions.
Hardware and Software Maintenance:

Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and software applications.
Perform routine system maintenance and updates to ensure system efficiency.
Network Support:

Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Assist in managing LAN/WAN infrastructure and other network equipment.
End-User Support:

Assist end-users with IT-related queries and technical training as needed.
Deliver support for remote access and VPN setups.
Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Document common technical issues and their solutions to improve response time.
Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless system operations.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
