Job Description
• Male not more than 35 years old.
• College Graduate.
• Excellent English communications skills
• Above average MS Office Skills (Excel, Power point, etc)
• Knowledgeable in sales and incident report presentations
• At least 2 years experience in Supplier & Client crisis management
• Current resident of Metro Mani.
Responsibilities include:
• Client Relationship Management: responsible for understanding the needs and expectations of clients and ensuring that the products or services provided by the company meet those requirements. This involves regular communication with clients, addressing their concerns, and proactively seeking feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
• Partnership Development: BRMs work to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other businesses or organizations that can mutually benefit from collaboration. This may involve negotiating contracts, developing joint marketing initiatives, and coordinating activities to achieve shared goals.
• Supplier Relations: BRMs manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, negotiate favorable terms and pricing, and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise. Building strong supplier relationships is crucial for maintaining a reliable supply chain.
• Stakeholder Engagement: BRMs engage with various stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, community groups, and regulatory bodies, to represent the interests of the company and promote positive relationships. This may involve participating in industry events, advocacy efforts, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• Conflict Resolution: BRMs act as a mediator in resolving conflicts or disagreements between the company and its stakeholders. They use effective communication and negotiation skills to find mutually acceptable solutions and preserve business relationships.
• Market Research and Analysis: BRMs conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion. They gather information on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making and develop targeted business development strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: BRMs collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance to align business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach to client and stakeholder management. This involves effective communication and coordination across different functional areas of the organization.
• Performance Measurement: BRMs track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client satisfaction, partnership effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement to assess the success of relationship management efforts and identify areas for improvement.
