Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FULL-TIME) 1 URGENT
Makati Office
Salary Offer: P16,000.00-18,000/month (depends on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm Onsite (shifting schedule)
Job Responsibilities:
 Attends to EastWest Healthcare’s general inquiries, facilitate out-patient
availments thru the 24/7 Hotline.
 Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of EastWest Healthcare Members
thru the 24/7 Hotline.
 Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline
transactions.
 Billing and payment verification
 Cross departmental Collaboration
 Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate
superior
Qualifications:
 Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.
 Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
 With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.

 With good communication skills.
 Willing to work on a rotational shift.
 With Computer/Desktop equipment is a plus
