Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and implementing automated systems in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI development, and automation software
- Strong understanding of multi-axis robotic systems, pneumatics, industrial control systems, sensors, actuators, and robotics
- Experience with CAD software for designing automated systems
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations related to automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Knowledge of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and smart manufacturing technologies
- Experience working in a global team environment
